⚠️ Important Notice: The Bambhari Postgraduation Certification (BPGC) is a postgraduate certification program and NOT a degree. It is not accredited by UGC, AICTE, or any government regulatory body. • "Bambhari," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Bambhari Private Limited.

• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who enrolls in or interacts with the BPGC program.

• "Program" or "BPGC" refers to the Bambhari Postgraduation Certification courses.

• "Website" refers to Bambhari’s official website and online learning platform.

4. Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our learning materials strictly for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

  • Any dishonored payment must be settled immediately.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the program without a refund.

8. Internships & Placement Assistance

• BPGC provides internship and placement assistance but does not guarantee job placement.

• Bambhari helps connect students with industry partners, but final hiring decisions rest with employers.

• Internships are subject to availability, performance, and selection by external organizations.

9. Errors, Corrections & Changes

We do not warrant that our platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security threats. Bambhari may:

• Correct errors and update content as needed.

• Modify, discontinue, or upgrade courses at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bambhari is not liable for:

• Any technical disruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access caused by third-party services.

• Any career outcomes, salary hikes, or job placements, as these depend on individual performance and external market conditions.
