At Bambhari Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality education and industry-relevant training through our Bambhari Postgraduate Certification (BPGC) program. Our courses are designed to equip learners with cutting-edge skills in technology, management, research, and entrepreneurship, ensuring they stay ahead in their careers.

Before enrolling, all applicants—both domestic and international—are strongly advised to thoroughly review the program details, eligibility criteria, and financial commitments. By proceeding with the enrollment, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

Bambhari Private Limited maintains a strict no-refund policy for all payments made towards the BPGC program, including but not limited to:

  • Application Fees – Non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of application approval or rejection.

  • Registration Fees – Non-refundable, as this covers administrative costs.

  • Tuition Fees – Once paid, tuition fees cannot be refunded, even if the student withdraws.

  • Examination Fees – Non-refundable, including fees for assessments, certifications, or evaluations.

  • Technology & Learning Resources Fees – Fees paid for online materials, digital tools, or platform access are non-refundable.

  • Mentorship & Research Support Fees – Any fees paid towards mentorship, publication support, or research guidance will not be refunded.

  • Any Other Associated Charges – Any additional costs related to workshops, hackathons, masterclasses, internships, or career assistance are non-refundable.

Once a payment is made, no refund, cancellation, or transfer of fees will be allowed under any of the following circumstances:

  • Withdrawal from the program due to personal, medical, or professional reasons.

  • Failure to complete the course due to lack of time, inability to meet coursework requirements, or any personal issues.

  • Dissatisfaction with the course content or teaching methodology, as the course structure is transparently provided before enrollment.

  • Employment changes, relocation, or visa issues (for international students) affecting the ability to continue the program.

  • Non-utilization of course benefits, including mentorship, internships, research assistance, or placement support.

2. Additional Guidelines for International Students

International candidates should carefully review the following points before making any payments:

  • Visa & Travel Considerations: Bambhari Private Limited does not provide visa sponsorship. If an international student enrolls and later faces visa-related issues, the refund policy remains unchanged, and no fees will be refunded.

  • Currency Exchange & Transaction Fees: All payments must be made in INR (Indian Rupees) or as per the designated international payment gateway. Any currency exchange charges, bank fees, or transfer charges are the responsibility of the student. Refunds will not be issued due to currency fluctuations or bank-related issues.

  • Payment Gateway Compliance: International students must ensure that their bank or payment method complies with Indian financial regulations. Bambhari Private Limited is not responsible for payment failures due to restrictions imposed by banks or international policies.

  • Program Access & Legal Compliance: Students are responsible for ensuring that they comply with their country’s legal and educational requirements before enrolling. BPGC is not accredited by UGC, AICTE, or any other government body; it is an industry-recognized certification designed for skill enhancement.

3. Payment Confirmation & Responsibility

  • Once a payment is successfully processed, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the registered email ID.

  • Students must ensure that payments are made correctly and on time.

  • If a payment is unsuccessful due to bank errors, incorrect details, or insufficient funds, the student must resolve the issue immediately.

  • Failure to complete payment within the specified deadline may result in admission cancellation, with no refund of any previously paid amounts.

4. Exceptional Cases & Program Cancellation

In the rare case that Bambhari Private Limited cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances, affected students will:

  • Be notified in advance about the cancellation.

  • Be offered an alternative program, batch, or rescheduling option (if available).

  • If no suitable alternative is provided, a refund policy (if applicable) will be determined at the sole discretion of Bambhari Private Limited.

However, refunds will not be granted if the student decides to cancel enrollment due to personal preferences, lack of time, job commitments, or any other individual reason.

5. Transfer of Enrollment & Fee Adjustments

  • Students cannot transfer their enrollment to another person.

  • Requests for deferring the course to a later batch will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to additional fees.

  • Any fee adjustments for deferment or re-enrollment will be at the sole discretion of Bambhari Private Limited.

6. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By enrolling in the BPGC program, participants—both domestic and international—confirm that they:

  • Have carefully read and understood the refund policy.

  • Agree to comply with the strict no-refund policy outlined in this document.

  • Accept that BPGC is not a degree program and is not accredited by UGC, AICTE, or any government regulatory body.

  • Understand that BPGC is an industry-recognized certification, designed to provide practical skills, research support, hands-on projects, mentorship, and career assistance.

All disputes related to payments and refunds shall be governed by the laws of India, and any legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

This policy is effective as of 01-01-2025 and applies to all current and future enrollments in the BPGC program.
